Head to Head Interview with Chris Matchan

We are delighted that for nearly two years now Chris Matchan has been working alongside us to help our clients at a strategic level. Chris is a mine of information on business leadership with specialist knowledge in the ever hot topic of engagement. Always in demand I was lucky recently to pin Chris down for a Head to Head Interview at the IOD in Pall Mall. I posed a series of probing questions and you can choose which ones you want Chris to answer by clicking on the appropriate flip clip.

Chris is also a visiting professor at Henley Management College who have also, incidentally, done an interview with Chris which you can find in the Henley Business Magazine  on (click here) Page 10  which is also definitely worth a look and listen.

Choose the questions you would like Chris to answer:

Q1. What do you feel should be high on the agenda of boardrooms everywhere?
Q2. What were the priorities that came out of our recent Leadership Symposium focusing on leadership challenges for 2010?
How important is it to develop the next generation on leaders?
Q3. How do we develop the best global leaders for the recruitment sector? What training is required to get that international
      understanding?
Q4. What does engagement really mean to businesses and why should we prioritise this in the coming year?
Q5. Should recruitment organisations be prioritising the internal customer?
Q6. What keeps you involved in the recruitment sector? How do you relax outside of work?
